Our parfums are crafted with a high concentration of 33% oil. This ensures a long-lasting and luxurious fragrance experience.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your parfum, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keeping the bottle in its original packaging can also help protect it from light exposure. Avoid storing your parfum in the bathroom, as humidity and temperature fluctuations can affect its composition.

It's normal for parfums that contain natural ingredients to discolour over time due to the natural aging process of these ingredients. Rest assured, this change in colour does not affect the quality or fragrance of the product. The scent and performance of your perfume will remain unchanged.

Currently we ship to mainland UK only. We are looking to ship to other locations as soon as possible. Please follow our socials and subscribe to our emails for updates.

We use DPD for all of our delivery and returns. This is a next working day tracked service, with a specific one hour time slot, with email and sms updates.

All orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday, this refers to 'working day'.
All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day for a next working day delivery.
All orders after 2pm will be shipped the following working day for a next working day delivery.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
Note: All orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be shipped for a Monday delivery as this is the next 'working day'.

Delivery is free, returns are free and your exchange delivery (if required) is free.

No. We offer free delivery, free returns and free delivery of your exchanged order.

Once we receive your exchange shipment, we will inspect the items and begin processing your exchange. If the requested exchange item is in stock, we will aim to ship as soon as possible (usually the same day), however please allow up to 7 days. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you will receive an email from support@memree.co.uk with options for a refund, an alternative in-stock item, or an estimated delivery date for the requested item when it is back in stock. If you haven't had a new delivery notification or email within 7 days, please email support@memree.co.uk
