Return and Exchange Policy

Parfums

Returns:
Parfums can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unopened, in their original cellophane wrapping, and in a resalable condition. The complimentary Discovery Set included with your order is yours to keep and does not need to be returned.

Non-Returnable:
Parfums that have been opened, unsealed, or are not in a resalable condition cannot be refunded. If a non-returnable item is sent back, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges: 
Parfums can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they remain unopened, in their original cellophane wrapping, and in a resalable condition. One free exchange is permitted per order.

Returns or Exchanges After Receiving an Exchanged Item:
After receiving your exchanged item, you have an additional 14 days to initiate a return or further exchange. Any subsequent return or exchange will be at your own cost, including both return shipping and re-delivery fees.

Body Wash

Returns: 
The Body Wash can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order if the wrap seal remains intact and the product is in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable:
Opened or unsealed Body Wash products cannot be returned.

Hand Care Products (Hand Wash and Hand Lotion)

Returns and Exchanges: 
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, hand care products cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This policy is clearly stated above the ‘Add to Cart’ button for your transparency.

Candles

Returns:
Candles can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unlit, remain in their original packaging, and are in resalable condition. We recommend reusing the bubble wrap provided in your shipment to ensure the safe return of your candle.

    Parfum Discovery Set

    Non-Returnable:
    The Discovery Set is non-returnable as it contains unsealed perfume samples. This policy is clearly stated above the ‘Add to Cart’ button for your transparency.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us at support@memree.co.uk within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Claims made after 30 days cannot be warranted.

    Processing Your Return or Exchange

    Returns: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 14 days to appear.
    Exchanges: Upon receiving your exchange request, we will inspect the items and process the exchange promptly. If the requested item is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 days. If it is out of stock, we will contact you with alternative options.
