Return Policy

Parfums

Parfums purchased from Memree can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the parfum remains unopened in its cellophane wrapping and is in a resalable condition. To initiate a return, please use our returns portal within 14 days of delivery. During this period, you may use the complimentary gift set to sample your chosen product without opening the full-size product.

Handcare

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on hand care products once purchased. This policy is clearly stated above the 'Add to Cart' button for transparency. As our products are not wrap-sealed, we cannot ensure that they remain unopened or uncontaminated after they leave our care, so for the safety of all customers, returns are not permitted.

Non-returnable Items

Parfums

The following items cannot be returned: - parfums that have been opened from the cellophane wrapping or not in a resaleable condition. - If a returned item is opened or not in resalable condition, we will be in contact via email. If the return is classed as non-returnable, the goods will be shipped back to you.

Handcare

The following items cannot be returned: Hand care products (hand wash, hand lotion) cannot be returned after purchase due to hygiene and safety reasons, regardless of whether they have been opened or not.

Processing Your Return

Parfums

Once we receive your return shipment, we will inspect the items and begin processing your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless you specify otherwise. Although we aim to process the refund on the same day we receive the goods, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear. Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive your exchange shipment, we will inspect the items and begin processing your exchange. If the requested exchange item is in stock, we will aim to ship as soon as possible (usually the same day), however please allow up to 7 days. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you will receive an email from support@memree.co.uk with options for a refund, an alternative in-stock item, or an estimated delivery date for the requested item when it is back in stock. If you haven't had a new delivery notification or email within 7 days, please email support@memree.co.uk

Faulty or damaged items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please promptly contact our customer service team at support@memree.co.uk, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference. Please note that all reports of faulty or damaged items must be made within 30 days of delivery; claims made after this period cannot be warranted.
